The room was comfortable with a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge.
Superb base for discovering Sao Paulo. Great, courteous staff with smiling face. A wide array of options for breakfast including bread and meats. All in all marvellous setting near to grocery stores, an important business area in São Paulo and Sao Paulo. Also, close to everything. My favorite property in Sao Paulo.

Tranquility
First and most important of all: they didn't want to accept the conditions of Booked.net voucher where the taxes were included in the room charges. It took lot of time and persistence until they accepted. The other dislike was the old fashioned and small bathroom.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that offered a really comfortable bed, clean towels and a modern bathroom. The location was perfect, with a shopping center and good restaurants close by. Another advantage of the hotel is the delicious breakfast buffet that was included in the price.
The hotel had a serious problem with noise. The walls were too thin, which made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from other rooms and from the street.

During my Easter stay, the hotel was in an excellent location close to important business areas and public transportation. the size of the room was spacious, providing much room for me and my family, as well as the fully equipped kitchen inside the room, and free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.
The overall experience was unpleasant as the building was old with visible signs of wear and tear, which was not properly maintained. the room felt unkempt and the bedding was stained.
